世界无烟日 | 戒了烟,人生还有乐趣吗?

又是一年5.31“世界无烟日”,每年的这一天,是全世界“老烟枪”们都像过街老鼠一样,最想找个地洞躲起来日子。



“吸烟会得肺癌的”



“二手烟危害更大”



“这年头怎么还有人抽烟!?”





这些话让“老烟枪”们无力反驳,却又无地自容,只能黯然躲到角落里,再次点上一根香烟,疗愈一下受伤的心灵~





讲真的,一味地对“老烟枪”们说教、讲道理,作用真的不大,因为烟瘾这东西,真不是只靠道理就能赶除的。




香烟中的尼古丁可以增加神经传递物的量,让大脑中的多巴胺增加。尼古丁实际上制造了大脑空虚感,但通过吸烟等方式提高浓度后,又缓解了快速代谢所带来的空虚感,给人造成吸烟可以给人自信,让人放松等虚假的幻觉。



就是这种幻觉,让无数“老烟枪”欲死欲仙、欲罢不能,以致于豁出健康来享受。



在体验了如此销魂感受后,戒烟对于“老烟枪”们来说,就无疑引发了一个灵魂拷问:



戒了烟,人生还有乐趣吗?



所以,这一次,我们不想劝你戒烟。



我们只想告诉你:有一种生活方式,也许不能帮你戒烟,但同样可以让你更加健康,让你的人生依然有乐趣。



如果人生总得“吸”点什么,
